Caden was awesome, since I lived in another state it was important to have good communication, which he did.

The whole Sam Boswell sales team was awesome. Our sales consultant Charlie did great explaining all the features and was extra helpful in the buying process.

My vehicle was taken into service department at scheduled time and service was performed in a timely manner. The ladies in the service department were very friendly and courteous.

Customer service was top notch however the pricing is ridiculous for a 4 quart oil change.

All be it a very expensive part failure, the coolant control valve unit, The service group was excellent in getting my truck repaired. Kristin and Jamie were great in helping me know what was entailed and how long the repair would take (12 plus hours). I really don’t know why I continue to be a great GMC customer, the product line has consistently proven to be less than stellar and reliable with transmission, electrical, and emissions issues on multiple brand new Sierra’s and Yukon since 2022. I guess I’m a glutton for punishment.

Sam Boswell GMC is ALWAYS my first choice for service and of course the purchase of a new GMC. Had what I thought was an electrical problem. Kristin in service walked me through the problem, asked the right questions, and got my 2022 Sierra HD serviced and repaired expeditiously. Turns out all I needed was a couple new batteries. Communication was frequent and clear before the sale. After the sale, not so much. I’ve made 2 attempts to reach out with questions via text with no response, nor has anybody reached out to me to ask how delivery went and if we needed anything.

The guys were great and did their very best to deliver the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. The experience was professional and yet felt like family. Max and Cory treated us well and the business office did their part (sorry, the name escapes me at the moment).

After making an appointment for a transmission issue, I had several issues with the receptionist at the Service desk. I took my truck to another dealership and had the codes pulled for the issue but when I made an appointment with Sam Boswell GMC, I was told the codes are all generic. I also asked Sam Boswell Service receptionist to call the other dealership so they could see that I legitimately had the codes pulled from another GMC dealership. I can assure you they are not generic and were very specific to the issue. Sam Boswell GMC couldn’t find the issue and I told them it was because I didn’t have the same load bearing equipment attached to the truck that caused the issue. I also asked for a transmission fluid and was told absolutely not over the phone. But when I went to pick my truck up without getting the issues resolved was told they could do the flush but I assured them I would be taking my business somewhere else because of all the back and forth I had with the receptionist. By the way the receptionist doesn’t look like she has ever lifted a wrench in her life much less knows anything about maintenance.
